The Wall That Heals will be at Ranger College from April 23 – 26, 2026.  Please join us in honoring those who served and lost their lives in Vietnam.  There are many opportunities to participate or you could just stop by for a visit.

About the Exhibit

The Traveling Memorial

The Wall That Heals travels nationwide in a custom 53-foot trailer that transforms into a Mobile Education Center. This center shares the history of the Vietnam War, the creation of The Wall that Heals, and how the memorial changed how America honors its veterans.

Replica Wall Details

  • 375 feet long

  • 7.5 feet tall at its highest point

  • Three-quarter scale model of The Wall in Washington, D.C.

  • Visitors may make name rubbings of individual service members

  • Designed to rise gently as visitors walk toward the apex

Mobile Education Center Features

  • Hometown Heroes Display: Local service members whose names are on The Wall that Heals

  • In Memory Display: Local Vietnam veterans who later passed away

  • Videos and artifacts telling the story of the war

  • Items left at The Wall that Heals in D.C.

  • A replica of the In Memory plaque

  • Vietnam War timeline and map exhibits

About The Wall That Heals

Since 1996, The Wall That Heals has visited more than 800 communities, as well as international stops in Ireland and Canada. It is the only traveling exhibit directly affiliated with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., and features the largest replica Wall in the nation.
